This notice explains how The HP Management ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We act as the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, company, event type, event date and message.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
• To keep a record of our correspondence.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to requests you make. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider. We keep them for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them unless we have an ongoing working relationship.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to iman@thehpmanagement.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It only uses storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work, which does not require consent. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your permission first and update this notice.
